Serve as the primary point of contact for billing inquiries and disputes; resolve discrepancies promptly by partnering with attorneys, law firms, and support staff. Partner closely with the Legal Operations eBilling Lead and with Finance / Accounts Payable on accruals, month- and quarter-end close, reconciliation, and payment status. Onboard outside
