About Ramp Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books. The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving. We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome. The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same. If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it. About the Team and Role Scaled Customer Activation owns the onboarding, activation, and early growth of Ramp’s self-service customers. We are placing a big bet on the belief that there is significant untapped potential in our self-service accounts. As an early member of the team, you will have the opportunity to help build and refine Ramp’s International Customer Success team and define the scaled customer implementation motion to drive activation. What You'll Do Become an expert in the full range of integration and configuration options for Ramp’s suite of products, and in turn drive efficient, thorough, and complete onboarding of new Ramp customers at scale Directly own micro-SMB and SMB accounts 1:1, ensuring they can fully onboard onto Ramp in 60 days and <2 calls Balance priorities and multiple tasks supporting implementation, follow-up, and proactive outreach Partner closely with the Product team to ensure customer feedback and pain points are heard, reviewed, and prioritized when needed Identify areas of opportunity where we could automate

At Lyft, our purpose is to serve and connect. We aim to achieve this by cultivating a work environment where all team members belong and have the opportunity to thrive. The strongest enterprise and mid-market marketing doesn't lead with a product — it leads with the problem a buyer already has. A hospital administrator isn't looking for "Lyft Concierge"; they're looking to reduce missed appointments. An auto dealer principal isn't looking for a rideshare product; they're looking to keep loaner logistics from costing them revenue. We are in the process of revising our go-to-market for Lyft Business to organize around these audiences and their transportation problems, with Concierge, Lyft Pass, Business Profiles, and our Business Travel products positioned as the answer to a clearly named pain point by customer profile. We're hiring an Industry Marketing Manager to build that audience-first structure for our priority verticals, starting with Healthcare and Automotive , across both mid-market and enterprise segments. You'll own the vertical narrative and the content, demand generation strategy, and enablement that will drive marketing-attributable revenue. The primary function of this role is to build and lead vertical-specific go-to-market (GTM) motions for our mid-market and Enterprise business — bringing together vertical-specific content, demand generation, and sales enablement into a coherent, audience-first strategy. Responsibilities: Own vertical strategy and integrated programs Design and execute large, orchestrated tentpole programs for our priority verticals (no more than 2 per quarter) — multichannel activation spanning digital, live events, paid media, social, and press — that bring our value proposition and industry point of view to life for a defined buyer (e.g., hospital CFO, healthcare operations leader, dealer principal/service manager). About the Team DoorDash Labs is an independent team within DoorDash. We explore robotics and automation to transform last-mile logistics in the long term. If you want to work on commercializing autonomy and robotics in a service used by millions of people — and on bringing the merchant partners who power that service along with us — then we want to talk to you! About the Role Come help us redefine last-mile logistics through robotics, automation, and other advanced technologies. Autonomy only works when merchants — restaurants, retailers, and other partners — can reliably interact with our robots: handing off orders, troubleshooting edge cases, and trusting the experience enough to keep using it. This role owns that side of the equation. We're looking for a Merchant Success & Growth lead to build the strategy and operational mechanisms that get merchants onboard, keep them performing, and turn their day-to-day reality into a tight feedback loop for product and engineering. You're excited about this opportunity because you will… Own merchant adoption and performance KPIs for autonomy end-to-end — defining what "successful merchant interaction with a robot" means, instrumenting it, and driving improvement against it. Build the playbooks and operational mechanisms to onboard merchants to autonomy — from first conversation through training, go-live, and steady-state ops — and scale them across markets. Partner with sales, account management, and field ops to recruit and ramp the right merchant cohorts for each stage of the product, and design experiments that test new merchant-facing features and handoff models. Define merchant performance benchmarks (handoff success rate, dwell time, dasher/robot interaction quality, merchant CSAT) and run the cadence that holds partners and internal teams accountable to them. Stand up the feedback loop from the field back to product and engineering — turning merchant complaints, edge cases, and frontline observations into prioriti
