WHAT YOU'LL DO Perform regular P&L reconciliations between front-office and back-office systems for the firm’s global portfolios. Partner with Middle Office, Back Office, and Valuations teams to investigate and resolve P&L breaks across all asset classes including equities, fixed income, and derivatives. Produce clear, accurate daily P&L variance reports and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders. Finalize portfolio manager P&L in our front-office systems based on thorough variance checks, calculations, and analyses to directly influence investment decisions, investor statements, and compensation processes. Respond to P&L inquiries from portfolio managers, traders, and investment services colleagues, providing fast, insightful answers. Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance accuracy, control, speed, and efficiency in P&L reconciliation analysis. This role sits as part of a first line compliance function to ensure that functionality, processes and reporting outputs built for Reporting Ops meet the regulatory criteria as documented by the relevant regulatory instructions, regulations and policies.
