WHAT YOU'LL DO Perform daily cash and P&L reconciliations, collaborating with global teams to resolve breaks efficiently. Complete assigned daily tasks and reviews strictly within established servicelevel agreements. Lead workload allocation and foster talent development across the team. Partner with prime brokers, custodians, administrators, and external third parties to expedite break resolution. Act as a senior team member to resolve complex tasks directly with counterparties and internal stakeholders. WHAT'S REQUIRED Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Mathematics, or a related field (preferred) 6+ years of Operations experience within a hedge fund, asset manager, bank, or fund administrator, including demonstrated leadership and ownership of complex operational functions.
