Who we are About Stripe Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies — from the world's largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups — use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career. About the Organization The Core Infrastructure organization operates the foundational systems that power Stripe globally — including databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL), high availability and disaster recovery (HADR), AWS cloud infrastructure, Linux servers, container orchestration, mesh networking, service discovery, and network edge infrastructure. Within Core Infra, the Regional Enablement Platform (REP) team helps Stripe launch and operate new regions without learning about broken dependencies from users. REP builds the regionalization, validation, deploy-safety, and operator tooling needed to answer practical launch-readiness questions: can critical payment paths run from the new region, which services still depend on a remote control plane, what breaks under packet loss or failover, and what must be fixed before deploys, launches, traffic shifts, or failovers proceed. The team uses traffic replay, synthetics, failover drills, dependency analysis, CI/CD gates, and incident data to turn those findings into platform fixes, service-owner asks, and reusable readiness checks across networking, HADR, and service teams. This role is based in Bangalore and serves as a senior technical anchor for Core Infrastructure in India, with direct cross-region influence across AMER, EU, and APAC. What you'll do As a Staff Engineer on REP, you will play a key leadership role in enabling Stripe's infrastructure to power all of our products, globally and at scale. You will

About the Team The Tax Technology Automations & Innovation team — known internally as the AI Team — builds the automations, Generative AI, and internal tooling that let DoorDash's global Tax function scale as the business grows across the US, Canada, and — through Wolt and Deliveroo — internationally. We turn manual, repetitive tax work into reliable, governed software, and we bring modern AI into the heart of how a tax function operates — responsibly, and with auditability built in. The team is organised into an AI Strategy function and three regional pillars: EMEA, US & Canada, and Coffee & Special Projects. This role sits in the AI Strategy function and reports to the Tax Technology lead. You will set the technical and AI direction the three regional pillars build around, and partner across Tax, Tax Tech, Data Operations, Accounting, Product, and Engineering, as well as InfoSec, Internal Audit, and Compliance. About the Role DoorDash is looking for a senior-level AI and data expert to lead how the Tax department operates through automation, Generative AI, and intelligent data tooling. Beyond building high-impact automation, you will set the strategy for how LLMs, GenAI, and machine learning are integrated into critical tax workflows at scale, and act as the AI authority for the function. This is the role that makes the entire team AI-native rather than merely AI-assisted. By owning the AI and automation governance framework, you will also ensure that everything the team builds on top of sensitive tax data stays controlled, defensible, and audit-ready. You don't just build — you set the bar, mentor the regional teams, and decide how we adopt a fast-moving technology responsibly. You're excited about this opportunity because you will… Define and lead the GenAI strategy for the Tax function, identifying high-value use cases and setting adoption standards. Architect and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions — intelligent assistants, AI-driven classificatio

The primary focus of this position is end-to-end tax engine solutions for sales and use taxes, food and beverage taxes and fees, gross receipts taxes, and VAT — ensuring the correct tax is calculated on every product, fee, and country before anything goes live. You’re excited about this opportunity because you will… Own the technical configuration of Vertex — tax drivers, taxability mappings, custom rules, and jurisdiction logic — and lead configuration design for high-complexity initiatives. Instawork is on a mission to create meaningful economic opportunities for skilled hourly professionals in communities around the globe. Our AI-powered labor marketplace helps local businesses scale, and enables global technology companies to push the frontiers of robotics and AI. Backed by world-class investors like Benchmark, Spark Capital, Craft Ventures, Greylock, Y Combinator, and others, we’re looking for exceptional talent to reimagine the way the world works. Location : Bengaluru (On-site) + multi-city coordination Instawork Robotics Lab (IRL) Robots are getting smarter, but they still can’t reliably do the everyday physical tasks people do — chopping vegetables, stocking shelves, assembling parts. The bottleneck is data. UC Berkeley’s Prof. Ken Goldberg calls it the “100,000-year data gap”: the chasm between the massive text datasets used to train language models and the tiny amount of real-world, physical-dexterity data available to train robots. The entire robotics industry collected only ~100,000 hours of training data in 2024 and ~1 million in 2025 — and even the ~20 million hours projected for 2026 is still less than 0.04% of what is ultimately needed. IRL exists to close that gap. Using Instacore — a wearable multi-camera and sensor system (head, chest, and wrist cameras plus IMUs and a compute pack) — our field teams capture synchronized, high-diversity egocentric data of real people doing real tasks across real commercial environments: kitchens, warehouses, hotels, retail, and light manufacturing. That data is quality-checked, anonymized, and delivered to the world’s leading robotics companies and foundation-model labs to teach robots how to operate in the messy physical world. In India, we run the on-ground engine of this mission — a growing fleet of Instacore rigs, Field Officers and Data Collectors, regional hubs, and the operations and finance backbone that keeps it
