Responsibility Partner with Product / Business / Tech owners and Design & Operation Leaders in understanding long-term capabilities / initiatives that need to be managed in-line with the Organizational strategic choices Review the business case and Own E2E (starting with solutioning till go-live) execution of one or more top level key strategic initiatives on need basis partnering with senior leadership team Besides managing and executing Strategic Programs, need to drive the Strategy Setting & Review exercises like OKR Finalisation, Quarterly/Monthly OKR Reviews Skills/Competencies required Education - B.Tech/B.E, MBA , PMP Certified Understanding of eCommerce industry and hands-on experience in driving complex strategic initiatives 7-10 Years of seasoned experience professional in project/ program management, preferable in supply chain, e-commerce business domains. Strong people skills: ability to influence people, negotiate and be unflustered in crucial conversations Strong affinity for data-based decision-making; adept at designing useful measurements Ability to thrive in an evolving/ambiguous environment and ability to deal with lack of clarity and vagueness Experience in partnering with Senior Leadership & driving Strategic Initiatives Good understanding of SDLC methodologies, in particular Agile methodologies and a know-how in adapting them

Roles and Responsibilities Installation and configuration of NoSQL instances on single or multiple ports. ? Hands on experience of production on medium to big sized NoSQL databases Setting up and maintaining users and privileges management systems and Troubleshooting relevant access issues. Understand the transaction flowsand ACID compliance. Performing on-call support and should be able to provide the first level support . Configure and setup NOSQL databases like mongodb and Cassandra. Automation of repetitive tasks. Qualifications & Experience 3-6 years of Hands-on experience of working with NoSQL DBA . Some exposure to external tools like Percona , ProxySQL , HAP etc. Understanding of networking concepts . verbal and written communication skills. Experience in tools like shell , python . perl etc for automation. fundamentals on the linux system side and monitoring tools like top , iostats , sar etc. Clear understanding of NoSQL Replication process flows , threads , setting up multi node clusters and basic troubleshooting. Understanding of at least one of the backup and recovery methods for MySQL, fundamentals of SQL. Understand and tune complex SQL queries when needed.
