Qualification
5+ years of experience working on large-scale systems or services. Strong expertise using Node.js (TypeScript) to build backend services and create and maintain public or internal APIs. Production experience building fullstack applications with React component architecture, state management, rendering performance, and modern tooling. Deep experience with PostgreSQL schema design, query optimization, indexing strategies, and migrations. Production experience with MongoDB document modeling, aggregation pipelines, and scaling patterns. Hands-on experience designing and tuning caching layers (Redis) cache invalidation strategies, write-through/write-behind patterns, and TTL management. Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve performance problems using profiling tools, APM instrumentation, load testing, and capacity planning. Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and cloud environments; AWS and/or Azure experience is preferred. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated interest in mentoring and helping teammates grow. Good to haves: Experience building RBAC systems, multi-tenant platforms, or identity and access management products. E
