This is a hands-on training role, not a conventional classroom-only position. You will be responsible for taking candidates through the complete training journey, from onboarding and practical training to assessment and certification. The role requires extensive travel across India, strong communication skills, confidence in managing groups, and the ability to strictly enforce SOPs and make objective certification decisions.
