Which roles' advertised pay in India is rising or falling: the median pay listed in job ads per role, its last 12 months and its stored change, in INR. Each role opens its own salary page.

How the movers are calculated
Each role's median is pay listed in Jobiba job ads over the last 12 months, in the currency the ads state (never converted). The 12-month change compares the last complete month's median with the same month a year earlier; both months need at least 5 salaries. When that is not available, the 90-day change compares the last 90 days with the 90 days before, each with at least 5 salaries. A month with fewer than 3 salaries is a gap in the line, never filled in. A role without either change shows none.
