Absher Job Summary The Absher is responsible for providing exceptional patient and visitor support services throughout the healthcare facility. The role serves as a welcoming ambassador for the organization, assisting patients, families, and visitors with navigation, appointments, registration processes, and general inquiries while ensuring a positive patient experience. Key Responsibilities Welcome patients, visitors, and guests in a professional and courteous manner. Assist patients with wayfinding and escort them to clinics, departments, diagnostic areas, and other hospital locations as required. Support patients during registration, appointment scheduling, and check-in/check-out processes.
