Job description
Job Title:- Account Director Work Type:- Full-Time Work Mode:- Hybrid Tru Inc. is hiring an Account Director for an immediate permanent opportunity. Candidates with strong potential but less direct senior-level experience may be considered at the Account Manager level, with scope and compensation aligned accordingly. Position Overview:- The Account Director owns the full client lifecycle for a $3M to $5M account portfolio, serving as an executive advisor to clients and a strategic partner to internal teams. This role leads digital growth strategies across CRM, marketing automation, commerce, analytics, and related enterprise platforms. Location:- This is a hybrid role with some work-from-home flexibility. Preference will be given to candidates in the Greater Toronto Area, as the role follows a three-day-per-week in-office schedule to support collaboration, workshops, and client engagemen
