The Challenge As a Senior Renewals Associate, you are a strategic driver of customer retention and revenue predictability. You bring rigor to every renewal conversation – leading with insight, ensuring precision in forecasting, and removing friction in the renewal lifecycle. You act as a trusted advisor to internal partners and customer stakeholders alike. Your Mission Lead renewal strategy across a complex portfolio of high-value accounts within the Commercial Business Unit. Deliver exceptional accuracy in renewal forecasting through deep analysis, historical trends, and direct engagement insights.
