Job description
Job Summary Responsible for developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports. Accounts Executives will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams, ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and improve the entire customer experience. Principal Accountabilities Create an open and collaborative environment that influences the sales teams of Sephora. Participate, lead, or facilitate high impact training that includes key retailer specific trainings. Build and maintain ability to work cohesively with others in a fun and fast paced environment. Positive teamwork, motivation, leadership skills and self confidence Exceptional customer service skills A willingness to work a flexible schedule and make significant local trips with a valid driver’s licen
