Qualification
Must-Have: 5+ years of relevant experience in accounting or finance operations, with strong knowledge of O2C/AR, P2P/AP processes, and Korean VAT. Practical SAP experience in a finance environment. Strong ownership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues and drive them through to resolution. Effective English communication skills, with the ability to work across business teams, BPO partners, and regional/global stakeholders. Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, both domestically and internationally, and work collaboratively to drive problem-solving. Nice-to-Have: Experience overseeing outsourced finance operations or working with BPO/shared-service organizations. Experience working in a regional or multinational finance environment, including intercompany or cross-border operations. Experience participating in finance transformation, system implementation, or process improvement projects. Experience in data analysis and reporting using Excel, BI tools, or similar applications.
