Accounts Payable Team Leader - Subcontract We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Team Leader to support the day-to-day management of our Subcontract Payment Team. This is a fast-paced role requiring strong knowledge of subcontractor payment processes, industry legislation, and compliance requirements. The successful candidate will work closely with the department manager to ensure accurate and timely processing of subcontractor payments, statutory returns, and legislative reporting while providing leadership and support to the team. Support the day-to-day running of the Subcontract Payment Team and deputise for the Manager when required. Lead and oversee weekly and ad hoc subcontractor payment runs, ensuring accuracy and adherence to agreed deadlines. Manage high-value payment runs and ensure robust financial controls are maintained.
