JOB DESCRIPTION Manage the execution of various ESS projects, including but not limited to production, delivery, commissioning, and maintenance. Coordinating crucial activities necessary for on-time project delivery within the allocated budget, including technical design, specification compliance, and after-sales support. Acting as the primary point of contact for customers/clients throughout the project execution phase. Collaborating with the internal engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics department to facilitate seamless project execution. Maintaining continuous alignment with high-level company objectives and workflows by collaborating with the Engineering, Procurement, and Business Development teams. Updating and maintaining project schedules to ensure accurate tracking of progress. Conducting occasional site visits and effectively communicating technical challenges to internal stakeholders, clients, and subcontractors. The Test Engineer is responsible for conducting performance, safety, and functional testing of battery products to ensure compliance with company and industry standards. This role involves test planning, data collection, analysis, and reporting, as well as identifying and resolving product or process issues during testing. JOB DESCRIPTION • Perform static, safety, functional, and fire protection tests on battery products, including liquid injection operations. • Conduct dynamic performance testing to verify battery reliability and compliance with technical standards. • Record, analyze, and interpret test data; prepare and submit detailed test reports. • Apply knowledge of electrical and electronic circuits, component selection, and electrical safety standards. • Troubleshoot and resolve testing-related issues using strong analytical and hands-on problem-solving skills. • Follow established testing procedures and ensure all test results are accurate, traceable, and compliant with specifications. • Report any anomalies or failures immediately to the responsible engineer or supervisor and assist in corrective actions. • Maintain and calibrate testing instruments; ensure testing areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety requirements. • Support continuous improvement in testing methods and product quality through feedback and data-driven insights. • Apply basic quality management principles and contribute to product reliability enhancement. SUMMARY The Commissioning engineer is responsible for executing the commissioning activities of utility-scale Battery Storage projects. The candidate will plan the commissioning activities, work through day-to-day issues and work closely with the project and product engineering teams and suppliers. The candidate will need to travel to the project sites to support the onsite BESS commissioning activity. JOB DESCRIPTION Build the onsite commissioning plan based on project conditions to ensure the project is commissioned on time with high quality. Provide the installation training to EPC before the project begins. Address customer inquiries regarding product installation and commissioning. Supervise the implementation of the planned commissioning activities, managing on-site quality, safety, and progress in stages to ensure the project proceeds in an orderly manner. Train the local technicians and contractors on the system installation check, energization, parameter setting, testing, troubleshooting and all other related commissioning activities. Based on the on-site manpower situation, allocate tasks to on-site employees and contractors reasonably and determine the responsible individuals for each sub-task. Resolve all issues encountered during commissioning. Seek support from internal and external resources to resolve challenging problems that may arise during commissioning. Maintain on-site customer relationships and ensure timely and effective communication with customers.
