Qualification
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred. Demonstrated experience leading operational improvement, business transformation, AI, automation, product operations, consulting, implementation, or change management initiatives. Proven experience owning complex business problems from discovery through implementation and measurable results. Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar technologies in a business environment. Strong business acumen with the ability to translate operational challenges into practical solutions. Ability to influence stakeholders and drive initiatives without direct authority. Healthcare, HIPAA, or other regulated-industry experience strongly preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Experience with AI, automation, low-code, workflow, or productivity platforms. Excellent facilitation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
