Job description
The YMCA of Greater Boston seeks an experienced and mission-driven Assistant Director of Housing to support the leadership and oversight of housing and stabilization programs. This role partners with the Executive Director to ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, strong staff performance, and high-quality participant services. The ideal candidate is an organized, accountable leader who combines strong operational skills with compassion, professionalism, and a commitment to housing stability. Maintain compliance with YMCA, EOHLC, and funder requirements, achieving satisfactory results on audits, monitoring visits, and inspections. Ensure 95% of required reports, billing submissions, and financial documentation are completed accurately and submitted on time.
