The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end destination operations , ensuring seamless execution of itineraries, bookings, guest requirements, and on-ground arrangements. Job Responsibilities: Destination Expertise: Strong operational knowledge of Maldives and Mauritius and destination-specific procedures. Hotel & Supplier Relations: Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with hoteliers, resort teams, DMCs, and other suppliers to ensure smooth operations and excellent service. Competitive Pricing & Negotiation: Ability to source and negotiate competitive hotel rates and value-added benefits, ensuring pricing matches or beats market expectations while maintaining healthy margins.
