Assistant Financial Controller - Fulfilment Operations Role Overview We are seeking an Assistant Financial Controller/Management Accountant to support the financial performance of THG Ingenuity's fulfilment operations. This role plays a key part in operational costing, commercial analysis, forecasting, budgeting and business partnering across multiple fulfilment sites. The successful candidate will work closely with Site Leads, Operational Leadership and Commercial teams to provide financial insight, challenge assumptions, improve profitability and support strategic decision-making. The role will also support new client onboarding activities, ensuring operational requirements are understood and reflected within financial models and forecasts.
