Reporting To: Center Lead / Multi Store Manager (MSM) Job Purpose To support the Center Lead in managing day-to-day center operations, ensuring operational excellence, product quality, inventory accuracy, customer satisfaction, team discipline, and compliance with company SOPs. The Associate Center Lead will take responsibility for smooth center operations in the absence of the Center Lead. Key Responsibilities 1. Store Operations & Management Manage daily center operations and ensure smooth functioning. Ensure timely opening and closing of the center. Monitor daily order processing, packing, dispatch, and delivery operations. Ensure proper coordination between kitchen, warehouse, delivery teams, and central operations.
