Job description
HelloFresh is looking for a senior operator to stand up a global creator program as a new growth engine for the Group. Your mission is to build a global community of creator ambassadors for our brands - HelloFresh and Factor - producing content at scale: thousands of creators, paid on performance, feeding both our organic channels and our paid channels, specifically Meta. You will be part of a global team across Berlin and New York, work directly with senior growth leadership, and manage multimillion-euro creator budgets. Success looks like: A creator community that grows month over month and stays active: creators onboard quickly, post consistently, and earn meaningfully.
