Associate Director - Marketing

Role Overview We are looking for an Associate Director, Marketing to shape how SquadStack shows up in the market as we build the category for AI Voice Agents in consumer sales. This is not a “manage campaigns from a distance” role. We are looking for someone who can think sharply, write clearly, build narratives from first principles, and turn marketing into a real growth engine. You will own the positioning, messaging, launches, content engine, website, PR, events and the overall brand quality across touchpoints. You will work closely with the founders, product, sales and customer teams to define how we tell our story to enterprise buyers, how we launch new capabilities, how we create demand, and how we build trust in a fast-emerging AI category.
