Job Summary: To ensure accurate tracking, analysis, and reporting of project-wise costs and budgets. The role requires detailed cost monitoring, variance analysis, and effective coordination with project and finance teams to ensure cost efficiency and financial control across projects. Key Responsibilities: Maintain project-wise cost records and ensure timely posting of cost adjustments entries in SAP/ERP system. Monitor project budgets in coordination with the planning and project teams. Track actual costs against budgets and provide variance analysis with actionable insights. Review and validate cost components like material, labour, subcontractor charges, overheads, etc. Assist in periodical cost reports for management review.
