Qualification
1–3 years of experience in sports, events, relationship management, or a related field, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with high-profile athletes, agents, and internal stakeholders. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask, problem-solve, and make sound decisions under time-sensitive conditions. Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage relationships with high-profile individuals with discretion and professionalism. Deep knowledge of the sports landscape, including familiarity with the NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL, and related athlete and team ecosystems. Willingness and ability to travel up to 80% of the time for partner meetings, signings, and events, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical capability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds, stand 8–12 hours per day at events, and walk several miles at off-site venues as required.
