Job Title: Specialist Pharmacist – Older Persons Medicine Banding: Band 7 Location: Portsmouth Start Date: ASAP Duration: Ongoing Hourly Rate: £29–£31 per hour Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday Job Overview Pulse is currently seeking an experienced Band 7 Specialist Pharmacist to work within Older Persons Medicine for the pharmacy team in Portsmouth. The role will be working with one of the largest hospitals on the South Coast and offers the opportunity to provide specialist clinical pharmacy services to older patients within a progressive NHS Trust renowned for research, education, and training. The successful candidate will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to optimise medicines management, improve patient outcomes, and support high-quality care for older people with complex healthcare needs.
