Escopo do trabalho No Soho House, o Barback é responsável por auxiliar os bartenders a prestar um serviço de qualidade a todos os hóspedes que vêm ao Soho House. Como Barback, você criará eficiência atrás do bar, garantindo que todos os itens estejam estocados e facilmente acessíveis para acesso rápido e entrega aos hóspedes. O Barback é responsável pela limpeza do bar, preparação de guarnições, garantia de que o bar esteja bem abastecido com guardanapos, gelo, canudos, copos, guarnições e todas as outras necessidades, além de assumir outras tarefas para apoiar os bartenders e garantir que o bar funcione sem problemas.
