THE PERSON BEHIND THE BAR We are looking for more than technical expertise. We are looking for personality, passion and a genuine sense of hospitality. The qualities we value: Have previous bartending experience, ideally within luxury hospitality or a premium cocktail bar. Possess excellent knowledge of classic cocktails, premium spirits and contemporary mixology trends. Take pride in your craft and have a natural eye for detail. Are confident, engaging and genuinely enjoy connecting with people. Bring creativity, curiosity and a desire to continuously develop your skills. Communicate comfortably in Czech and English.
