Job description
Job Title: Battery Manufacturing Engineer
Job Summary: As a Battery Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing manufacturing processes for battery production. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient production of high-quality batteries while meeting cost, quality, and performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Design and Optimization: Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for battery components including electrodes, electrolytes, separators, and casings. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency, quality, and yield. Identify and troubleshoot process bottlenecks to minimize downtime and maximize throughput.
