Company: Guiding Stars ABA, a Finni Health company Location: Virginia Beach, VA – Hybrid Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday Pay: $85,000–$105,000 annually, based on experience Join Our Team Guiding Stars ABA is seeking an experienced and compassionate BCBA Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and support to our growing team. This role is ideal for a BCBA who enjoys mentoring clinicians, supporting high-quality ABA services, and helping build a collaborative, ethical, and family-centered clinical program. What You’ll Do Provide clinical oversight and support to BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, and BTs. Supervise, mentor, and provide performance feedback to clinical staff. Conduct and/or review assessments, treatment plans, behavior intervention plans, and reassessments. Maintain a manageable clinical caseload based on supervisory and organizational needs.
