Job description

Role Purpose A high-intensity, closure-focused Inside Sales role for the US B2B market. You will directly speak with CXO/Director/VP-level decision makers , build interest through consultative pitching, and convert qualified opportunities into revenue . This is a premium US B2B process , not consumer calling or pure collections. CTC: 5 – 6.5 LPA Key Responsibilities • Convert qualified leads through strong sales closures & follow-ups • High-volume, high-quality outbound calling to US business leaders (80–100/day) • Understand customer needs, pitch solutions & handle commercial discussions • Drive the full inside sales cycle: discovery → proposal → negotiation → closure • Maintain accurate CRM pipeline for forecasts & reporting • Achieve weekly/monthly goals for Revenue, Meetings & Conversions Must-Have Candidate Profile • 3–6 years US Process experience: Inside Sales / International B2B
