Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) - Paid BCBA and BCaBA Fieldwork Program Company: SenseSational Learning Group Job Type: Full-Time | Weekdays (at least three evenings 4pm - 7pm) Location: In-Person - Lansing, MI Pay: Direct work : $20 - $23 per hour| Indirect work: $15 - $20 per hour Build your clinical skills while earning paid fieldwork experience. SenseSational Learning Group is hiring full-time Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians who are working toward BCBA or BCaBA certification. Through our Wayfinder Program, team members receive free BCBA supervision, paid opportunities to complete unrestricted clinical activities, and a structured path toward greater responsibility and higher pay.
