Join Finni New Mexico as an ABA Behavior Technician! We will pay you while you train for your RBT Certification! Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $25-$28/hr Schedule: Monday-Friday with availability within 8 AM-6 PM Locations: In Home, Clinic, School / Santa Fe, NM Who are we at Finni Health - NM? The mission of Finni New Mexico is to support the continuous growth and professional development of all team members, to empower our team members to deliver compassionate and evidence-based ABA therapy to our clients and their families, and to improve access to these ABA services for all individuals who need them. As an ABA Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work with our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement life-changing ABA care in-home.
