Qualification

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification — required as a condition of employment. Candidates who are not yet certified must complete ANNA's paid RBT training program (40-hour training, supervised competency assessment, and certification exam — all provided by ANNA at no cost) and obtain certification within the timeframe set by ANNA's onboarding policy. Certification must be maintained in good standing throughout employment. Available Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. Passionate about working with children with Autism and eager to grow in the ABA field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Degree in Psychology, Education, Child Development, or related field preferred (not required). Experience working with children preferred. Able to perform physically active tasks: sitting on the floor, crawling, running, lifting up to 50 lbs, and maintaining close proximity to clients during sessions. Apply today!
