Automotive Sales Associate (Car Sales / Retail Auto Sales) – Murgado Ford of Chicago Murgado Ford of Chicago (Murgado Automotive Group) is hiring an Automotive Sales Associate to join our high-performing car sales team. If you’re a motivated sales professional who enjoys fast-paced retail environments and wants to build a career in auto sales, this role offers training, support, and strong earning potential. You’ll work directly with customers as a consultative car salesman / car sales representative, helping them find the right Ford vehicle, financing, and options—while delivering an exceptional dealership experience. Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. If you can assist customers in Spanish, Ukrainian, Polish, or Russian, your language skills are a major plus and can help you build trust, relationships, and repeat business.
