Who we need As a Claims Care Representative, you are responsible for conducting the initial claim review for your assigned line of business, ensuring all activities are carried out in alignment with established KPIs, turnaround times (TAT), and applicable certificate and policy provisions. This is a hybrid position, with the team currently working from our Toronto office approximately once a month.
