Qualification

Must like working with children and families in a variety of YMCA settings including the pool, gymnasium, and outdoor pool (seasonal). Must understand the importance of parent and child satisfaction with their party and commit to ensuring that during each and every party. Must be able to lift 15 lbs. Must possess excellent communication skills. Must be upbeat and energetic. Be available to work weekends. Detail orientated and high work ethic. Ability to manage own work with minimal supervision, after thorough training and instruction. Why work at the Y?
