Current BCBA certification Current state licensure as required Experience providing ABA services Experience supervising RBTs and providing clinical oversight Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload Comfortable providing services through telehealth Reliable and committed to high-quality, ethical clinical care A BCBA Position Built Around Your Schedule This position is ideal for a BCBA who wants control over their schedule and caseload without committing to a full-time position. You choose how many patients you want to serve and how many hours you want to work, within the available 5–20 hour range. Other requirements: BCBA must go to the client's house one a month in person to conduct parent trainings and supervision. The BCBA can go to multiple clients in one day.
