At Horizon Blue ABA, our BTs and RBTs work directly with children and families, showing up in their homes and becoming a steady, trusted presence in some of the most important moments of a child's development. The progress you help create doesn't disappear when the session ends. It carries forward.

Behavioral Technician (RBT/BT) Qualifications & Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
A passion for helping children and families
Interest in ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis)
Ability to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and clinic settings
We are open to consider experienced and inexperienced RBTs/BTs
Behavioral Technician (RBT/BT) Benefits & Schedule:
Flexible Part-time or Full-Time Schedules depending on client availability and cases.
Clients are available between 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM on weekdays and Weekends 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Multiple openings across all five boroughs
