Role Overview We are looking for a Business Analyst to work closely with the Central Operations and Product teams. The role involves tracking business performance, analysing data, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting data-driven business decisions. Key Responsibilities Track key business metrics such as Revenue, Orders, AOV, Contribution Margin, Retention, and Customer Complaints. Monitor performance across outlets, cities, and sales channels (App, Swiggy, Zomato, POS, and Subscription Cards). Analyse sales trends, pricing, discounts, and campaigns to identify opportunities for business growth. Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and regular performance reports.
