Job description
We’re hiring a Business Development Manager with a proven track record of new client acquisition and revenue growth in permanent recruitment . This is a brand-new role for a true hunter who thrives on winning new accounts, building lasting client relationships, and driving growth in one of the fastest-growing markets. Proactively identify, target, and acquire new client accounts. Build relationships with hiring managers and senior decision makers. Partner with recruiters to deliver top Data & AI permanent talent. Manage the full business development cycle: from prospecting to pitching to signing agreements. Work with leadership to shape go-to-market and growth strategies. Consistently generate new opportunities to expand revenue and market share.
