Business Development Physician Liaison - Manhattan

Physician Liaison – Manhattan   Spear is seeking a driven, relationship-first business development professional to fuel growth across Spear’s Manhattan clinics. This role goes beyond traditional healthcare outreach. The New Jersey Liaison will cultivate referral networks across medicine, corporate wellness, fitness, sports, and the broader Manhattan community. You will not just manage relationships, you will build them, grow them, and translate them into measurable impact. Organization Structure and Interfaces

Primary interfaces: Director of Business Development, Physicians, Clinical Directors, Therapist team, VP of Business Development & Marketing

Reports to: Director of Business Development

Location: Hybrid with the expectation of:

4+ year of relevant experience in New Jersey

Bachelor’s degree

Licensed Physical Therapist/ Occupational Therapist Preferred
