Job description
As the Business Process Specialist , you’ll support our manufacturing teams by optimizing MRP systems and improving business processes to strengthen production planning, capacity management, and inventory control. Your work will help streamline operations, improve efficiency, and ensure our manufacturing teams have the systems and processes they need to succeed. The successful candidate will work with other cross-functional support teams to ensure configuration and set up satisfies all manufacturing needs, such as cost accounting, capacity planning, forecasting staffing requirements, and other business needs. In addition, the Business Process Specialist may host meetings with room production planners and inventory controllers to share and communicate best practices and provide support and training to new and existing staff. Required: 1+ years within an elevated role or 1+ years of retail management experience, or equivalent Previous proven experience with an ERP or MRP system / Capacity Planning / Inventory Management system Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office/ Google Suite and Microsoft AX Self-motivated and customer focused Proficiency in database setup and management Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Accountable for results, strives to meet and exceed expectations Time management and follow-up skills; highly organized and detail oriented Effective team player and leader; approachable and supportive Open and adaptable to daily feedback on performance Reliable, consistent attendance, punctual and dependable Flexible to work occasional overtime Accustomed to working in highly seasonal business Ability to work onsite in Etobicoke, Ontario, 5 days per week, with occasional flexibility for operational needs Preferred: 3 to 5 years’ experience in ERP system implementation and execution Previous experience as a Lush Inventory Controller Previous experience as a Lush Line Scheduler 5 years experience working in Manufacturing / Distribution/ Retail Previous experience with Manufacturing proc
