Qualification

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Education/Experience: High school diploma/GED or above. 4-5+ years of experience in commercial or industrial new build and/or remodel construction. Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in using tools and equipment related to ceiling installation. Experience with specialized ceiling systems, such as soundproofing, or fire related installations. Familiar with various ceiling materials, including metal, wood, and fiberglass. Strong understanding of construction blueprints and technical drawings. Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations High level of attention to detail, and highly organized. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. The ability to effectively prioritize responsibilities depending on project needs. The ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and employees. Ability to work in a construction site environment (trailer office). Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Nice to have: Start-up experience.
