Qualification
Bachelor’s degree or above in Textile Engineering, Material Science, or related fields. Proven experience in cashmere or wool fiber testing, with strong knowledge of raw material analysis. Background in either brand-side QA/QC or third-party testing institutions is highly welcomed. Familiarity with international and domestic testing methods (composition, length, color, oil content for down/feather). Strong leadership and team management skills, able to supervise multi-functional teams. Excellent communication and coordination abilities across suppliers, factories, and internal stakeholders. Analytical mindset, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving. Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary package with performance bonus.
