Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field 5+ years of experience in aircraft development and FAA certification processes Working knowledge of the activities and sequencing required to complete an aircraft or engine certification project Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment with changing priorities Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work with team members throughout the organization Excellent ability to be organized without predetermined structure Willingness to be a team player and wear different hats on different days depending on the need Excellent written and verbal communication skills for multi-stakeholder technical environments Able to be a pragmatic and creative thinker when solving complex problems in a dynamic environment Proficient in Microsoft products including Microsoft Project and 365/office (SharePoint, Outlook, Calendar, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) Above and Beyond
