Job description
As Chief Marketing Officer, you will shape how DRMP identifies opportunities, builds client relationships, and wins work. In engineering consulting, growth depends on understanding client priorities, positioning technical expertise, and bringing the right team to each pursuit. You will connect marketing, business development, market intelligence, and communications into a coordinated strategy that supports profitable growth and lasting client relationships. This role combines strategic influence with hands-on leadership. You will partner with firm and operational leaders to decide where to compete, develop client and pursuit strategies, and coach technical professionals to communicate their value.
