You’ll play a key role in delivering digital transformation solutions for our clients, combining strategic thinking, technical excellence, and business insight. Responsibilities: Define and lead the company’s technology strategy to align with business goals. Oversee the development, optimization, and scalability of backend systems (priority focus). Apply a broad knowledge of technologies (AI, data, integration, cloud, etc.) to design innovative solutions. Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and project success. Provide technical guidance to development teams and enforce best practices. Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to support client needs and company goals. Collaborate with international clients and cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge digital transformation solutions. Requirements: Hard Skills: Exceptional expertise in backend development, including modern frameworks, tools, and system architecture. Broad understanding of various technologies, such as AI, data analytics, cloud computing, and system integration. Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex solutions. Deep knowledge of API design, database systems, and scalable infrastructure. Experience in assessing and implementing emerging technologies.
