Waggoner Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Civil Designer to join our team in our Baton Rouge, LA - Glenstone office. This role supports our continued growth and offers the opportunity to work on (or support) meaningful projects alongside a collaborative, experienced team. You’ll have the chance to build your career while contributing to impactful solutions across the communities we serve. The Civil Designer provides technical leadership and hands-on expertise in the development of high-quality design deliverables for civil engineering projects. This role works both independently and collaboratively with project teams to produce design drawings, layouts, models, reports, and CADD/BIM deliverables that meet project scope, schedule, and quality standards.
