Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or a related discipline Montana or Idaho P.E. license 5-10 years of experience in Federal and State environmental regulations or related design experience in heavy civil or earth-moving projects. Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD Civil 3D Ability to communicate effectively across all levels and cross-functionally Ability to collaboratively solve complex technical problems Experience with proposal development, cost estimating, and determining specifications.
